Jay has been farming all his life. He started buying Holstein calves from his Dad when he was a freshman in high school and gradually took over the home farm 50 cows dairy operation after graduating high school in 1988. In September of 2000 the milk cow were sold and the land base for cropping was expanded around that same time. Jay has always had a passion for crop production and the seed business fits right into that background. He is married and has 4 children.
